営業時間 Business Hours

09：30 ～ 17：30　電話、FAXにて注文を承ります。年始以外休まず営業しております。

上記以外の時間帯はFAXにてご注文を承ります。16：00までのご注文で当日出荷、翌日配送できます。お時間は

[9時-12時][12時-14時][14時-16時][16時-18時][18時-20時][20時-21時]からお選びいただけます。

※地域によって配達時間が異なる場合がございます。

We take order from 11am 7pm daily. Orders made before and after business hours can be sent by fax.

Confirmed orders made before 4 pm cut off shall be delivered on the next day. Please take note that

we do not have a holiday except New Year. Kindly make sure to provide complete name, contact number,

address and preferred time to receive your order. Please choose preferred time as [AM:9-12] [PM:2-4]

代金引換によるお支払いになります。商品到着時、運送業者に直接お払いいただき、商品との交換となります。

冷凍、冷蔵、常温便は別々に納品される場合がございます。

その場合でもお支払いはどちらかの便で一括払いとなります。

Strictly cash on delivery. Pay the full amount in cash to the forwarding agent upon delivery. Frozen

goods and dry goods are delivered separately and applicable charges apply separately as well.

Payment Methods

食品の返品は商品到着日のみ申し受けつけます。お客様のご都合による返品は運賃など諸費用の

すべてがお客様の負担になります。

Returns accepted only after the purchaser notifies us on the same day of delivery. Buyer pays return

postage for all associated return charges.

運送中に商品が破損する場合がありますので、商品到着後速やかに商品の状態を確認してください。

もし破損が見つかった場合、直接配送業社に破損の確認をしてもらい、

その配送業社から破損した事の証明になるサインを受け取ってください。その後当へご連絡願います。数日

中に代替品を発送させていただきます。配送業社に確認を取らなければ賠償できない場合がありますのでご注意ください。

Buyer must inspect the goods in the presence of the delivery man to confirm for any broken or damaged

item(s) due to poor handling. Should you decide to reject the package, you may inform the forwarder

to return the damaged goods to us.

Claims and other concerns must be reported within 24 hours after delivery. The product-in-question

must not be disposed as this will serve as an evidence to support your claim.

Failure to present evidence will not be accommodated.

All claims and complaints will be investigated and will only be processed after we receive feedback

from the forwarder.
